Your mission

We're seeking a strategic Growth & CRM Manager to be a crucial sparring partner to our Brand & Content Manager, driving data-informed audience segmentation and targeting that delivers the right content to the right person. In this role, you'll own our CRM platforms and customer analytics, uncovering insights that fuel marketing effectiveness and customer growth. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you'll translate customer behavior patterns into actionable recommendations that optimize our campaigns and strengthen relationships in the hospitality tech and sustainability space. If you're passionate about turning data into impact and partnering with creative teams to drive meaningful business outcomes, this is the role for you.

Your profile
Responsibilities
  • Execution of campaigns with clear goals for lead generation
  • Performance marketing expertise
    • Content creation for ads (with support of our UX Designer)
    • Reporting on campaign performance, customer segmentation metrics, and CRM analytics
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and customer data management tools
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth and CRM management
  • Languages: Fluent English and German or Spanish a big plus
  • Great project management skills, great communicator
  • Independence, proactivitty, taking ownership and curiosity to improve processes
  • Experience with performance marketing tools (GA, Meta, Linkedin etc.), GTM etc
