Responsibilities

• Planning and setup of international or national shipping activities
• Independently handle any tasks related to order fulfillments, material orders, logistics, import and export activities and record correctly in internal system (currently jira board or later in inventory management system)
• Admin support with preparation of related documents such as Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoices, etc.
• Bookkeeping support with reconciliation of transactions

Skills & Qualifications

• High level of verbal and written communication in English and German
• Ability to work independently, accurately and get things done efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and proper documentation
• A positive attitude with a strong capability for self-driven continuous learning and improvement
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems
