Your mission

KITRO is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth & CRM Specialist to accelerate our marketing and sales engine, with a strong focus on inbound growth. In this role, you will execute across the full marketing funnel (from traffic acquisition to lead conversion) and manage KITRO’s CRM to ensure clean data, segmentation, and automation. Responsibilities


Growth:

  • Execute demand-generation and lead-capture initiatives across the full inbound and outbound funnel.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across paid media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), in collaboration with the Brand & Content Manager.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms such as Reddit or new social channels.
  • Create frameworks for budget allocation, channel evaluation, and performance tracking.
CRM:
  • Act as the owner of HubSpot, overseeing architecture, workflows, and data quality.
  • Execute segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, high-conversion communications.
  • Own integrations with ad networks to ensure accurate tracking and targeting.
  • Lead new CRM initiatives (i.e. scoring models).
  • Own reporting: create dashboards, track pipeline and channel performance, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the go-to support and training resource for internal HubSpot users.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Independence, proactivity, ownership mindset, and curiosity to improve processes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
  • Solid, practical knowledge of HubSpot.
